Rebecca began her journey into celebrancy when her younger brother and his fiancée invited her to be the celebrant for their wedding combined with the naming ceremony of their daughter (her niece), despite having never officiated a wedding before. As a lover of ritual and people (and her family), she accepted and set out to complete her marriage celebrancy certification in time for the big day. She was moved, humbled, honoured and relished in the whole process from their first NOIM (Notice Of Intended Marriage) meeting to presiding over their big day.

Rebecca is a people person. She values relationships, connection and community. She is committed to getting to know you, to hear your story and establish an authentic connection as your celebrant. Her intention is for your ceremony to be meaningful to you, one you will reflect on with great joy for years to come.
